Job summary

HRString LTD is recruiting a domiciliary care assistant to support service users in their own homes across Bridgend and the surrounding area. You will carry out health-care tasks under supervision, monitor wellbeing and assist with personal care and meal preparation.

Candidates must reside in the UK with valid right to work. The company is a well-established care provider dedicated to quality care and meeting service user needs in a compassionate, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Perform health-care related tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication, under the direction of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care, such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance.
• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
• Essential requirement: You must be a residence in the UK and have a valid right to work.
