Job summary

HRString is seeking a dedicated domiciliary care worker to support service users in the community in Wales. You'll monitor health indicators, assist with daily living, and work under supervision of registered nurses and physiotherapists.

Responsibilities include meal planning and preparation, personal hygiene assistance, maintaining confidentiality, and accurate record-keeping of client progress for the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and medications under supervision of registered nurses and physiotherapists.
• Administer bedside and personal care (ambulation, hygiene).
• Advise, support and undertake personal care planning for Service Users.
• Plan, prepare, cook and serve meals.
• Support household duties such as washing and ironing.
• Maintain confidentiality, privacy and dignity of Service Users.
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and report changes to supervisor.

• Advise, support and/or attend in the appropriate personal care of Service Users
• Advise, support and or undertake the planning, preparation, cooking and serving of meals
• Support or undertake household duties such as washing & ironing etc.
• Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy and dignity always
• Prepare and maintain records of client progress and services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
• Essential requirement: You must be a residence in the UK and have a valid right to work.
