Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Willowmead in East Molesey. The role involves assisting clients with daily activities, following care plans, and promoting safety and wellbeing within a busy complex care setting.

Hours are 42 per week on a rota including days and nights. DBS check required; we value reliability, flexibility, and teamwork to support individuals living with physical disabilities.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS is required.
• Flexible, professional and positive approach to multi-site working.
• Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping.
• Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual.
• Self-confidence and ability to manage challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Supporting clients with daily activities.
• Supporting care plans to establish routines.
• Ensuring clients feel safe and stable in day-to-day care.
• Providing Personal Care as needed.
• Administering medication if required.
• Supporting service users with disabilities using trained techniques and aids (hoists, wheelchairs, bathing equipment).
