Job summary

Active Care Group in Thames Ditton is recruiting for a part-time Waking Nights role to support residents with complex mental health needs. You will work on a rota basis, covering weekends, and contribute to a caring, home-like environment across multiple sites.

The role involves supporting residents with mental wellbeing, daily living skills, medication management, health and wellbeing, and community inclusion, with emphasis on safeguarding and effective teamwork.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS required
• Flexible, professional, and positive approach to multi-site working
• Proven reliability in terms of full attendance and timekeeping
• Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual

Responsibilities

• Support residents to achieve outcomes in mental wellbeing and independent living skills
• Assist with medication management and self-management
• Support physical health and wellbeing, social inclusion, and community integration
• Help residents with day-to-day needs including personal care and daily activities
