Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a Support Worker for Willowmead in East Molesey. The role is full-time with a rota including weekends, day and night shifts, totaling 42 hours per week.

Salary is £29,214.68 FTE per annum pro rata. You will support clients with daily activities, assist with care plans, and help maintain safety and wellbeing. DBS check required, and a flexible, team-focused attitude is essential.
