Job summary

Active Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist a female client with FND at her home in Mold. You will provide personal care, support daily tasks, and help with moving and handling while staying within a friendly, sociable environment.

A valid driver’s license is essential for attending appointments and activities as part of a regular rota. The role operates on a flexible zero-hours contract with predictable weekly patterns and training provided.

You must be a driver for this role.We'd like you to join us as a Support Worker to support one of our female clients who has FND, in her own home where she lives with her husband based in Mynydd Isa, MoldWhen you'll be working:Wednesday, Thursday's and every other FridayWeek 1: 2 days a week / Week 2: 3 days a week9:30am - 17:30pmIn this role, you’ll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.What you'll be doing:Personal care and help with daily needs/tasksMoving and handlingDomestic duties around the homeDriving to appointments, shopping trips, and social activitiesSpending time with a sociable client who loves a good chat, going out, and especially shopping The client has adog, so you must be comfortable around pets.About our client:Our client is fun loving lady who enjoys going out for lunch, arts and crafts and charity shop shopping. Her condition means that she needs constant supervision but she does like to be as independent as possible.
