Job summary

Voyage-Care is seeking a Night Support Worker for Peel House, Melksham. The role is a part-time 10-hour shift per week with a pay rate starting from £13.34 per hour (including night enhancement).

Typical shifts run 21:00–07:00 on a rota basis Monday to Sunday, with transport required for those living outside Melksham. As a Night Support Worker, you will help people gain more independence, support daily activities, and engage with the local community.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license is required to access shifts and travel between locations.

Night Support Worker

Location: Peel House Melksham (Please be aware if you live outside Melksham you will require transport as public transport is not available to get you to shifts on time)

Part time 1 x 10hr shift per week

Pay rate starting from: £13.34ph (this is including the Night enhancement)

Typical Shifts are: 21:00 - 7am on a rota basis Monday - Sunday

As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

You'll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. We're interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice as well as experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour's of distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and people who have experienced trauma.
