Avenues Group in Tonbridge is seeking Night Support Workers to assist five individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and related needs in Hildenborough. The role involves helping with daily activities, personal care, and promoting independence.

Full-time, 39 hours per week, with a salary of £25,845 per annum (pro rata) plus £1,200 complexity payment per annum (pro rata). No prior experience required; extensive training is provided to support career development.

We are looking for Night Support Workers to work with us in Hildenborough, supporting 5 people with learning disabilities, autism, communication difficulties, and behaviours of concerns.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Every day’s different, but your role could include:

• Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independently
• Helping people with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or managing money
• Encouraging people to connect with friends, family, and the community
• Providing personal care (with dignity and respect)
• Making each day meaningful — and having fun while you do it!
