Job summary

Lifeways in Buxton is seeking dedicated Support Workers to empower people to live more independently. This role involves 12-hour night shifts 7pm–7am, on a 36-hour contract to cover 3 waking nights per week on a rota, Monday to Sunday.

You will support individuals with daily living skills and personal goals, encouraging independence within a supportive team. No formal qualifications are required; the right mindset and compassion are key.

What You’ll Be Doing

• 12-hours 7pm-7am
