Codi Group in Llanelli, Wales, is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for a 16-hour-per-week part-time role in our Supported Living Service. The post includes sleep-in shifts; the service operates 24/7 with a rolling rota covering days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
You will support three ladies with mental health needs to maintain independence, complete daily activities, provide emotional support, and help with budgeting, community access, and social engagement. Training provided.

This supported living service is the home to 3 lovely ladies with mental health needs. You will be working with these incredible individuals to support with day to day independence, enhance their various skills and support them with daily activities as well as providing emotional support.
A background of working within a care, cleaning or laundry environment, desirable but not essential as full training and support from senior staff and management is provided.
