Codi Group in Swansea is recruiting a dedicated Support Worker (Relief) to help individuals live well and with independence. You will support daily living, including personal care, and work closely with a compassionate team to deliver person-centred care.
We offer flexible shifts, meaningful work, and a supportive environment with training and development. The role pays £13.45 per hour, with additional sleep-in and night shift enhancements, and we reimburse Social Care Wales registration.

As a Support Worker (Relief), services you will work with the individuals we support closely on a daily basis, assisting them to live their lives to the full. You will assist them with all of their needs (including personal care) according to their wishes.
