Codi Group is seeking dedicated care staff to support individuals with disabilities across Wales. You will provide daily living assistance, promote independence, and engage in activities like gym visits and outings, while following the Active Support approach. Training is provided and DBS and professional registrations are supported.
The role offers flexible hours (34, 32, 20 hours) with a sleep-in option and a supportive, values-driven team in a quiet service setting.

We have 34, 32 and 20 hour positions available, with an 8 hour sleep in as extra. (There is some flexibility in hours and working patterns).
Day Shifts: 7am-3pm / 3pm-11:00pm. Sleep in shift: 11pm-7am.

Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, this one-of-a-kind service is home to five men and one woman with physical disabilities. Each person lives independently in their own self-contained ground floor flat, with the added comfort of a close-knit, supportive community and a welcoming on-site office.
You will be working alongside these individuals to promote their day-to-day independence, help build their skills, and assist with everyday activities , all while offering emotional support. Whether it’s heading to the gym, catching a rugby game or going shopping, no two days are quite the same!
The team here lives by the Active Support “do with, not do for” approach, which empowers the people we support to live life on their own terms. A background of working with people with physical or mental health needs is desired, but not necessary as full training and support from senior staff and management is provided.
