Codi Group, Wales’ largest provider of housing, care and support, is seeking part-time Supported Living carers for our Glynneath service. Roles include day/evening shifts and eight-hour sleep-ins as part of a rolling rota, with full training in a not-for-profit setting focused on independence and wellbeing.

We have various part time permanent positions available (+ 8 hour sleep in per week)
Day shifts are typically split between 7am-11pm, with sleeps ins as extra. This service needs to be staffed 24/7 so you will be required to work various shift patterns including days, evenings, weekends and sleep in shifts as part of a rolling rota.
Due to the specific needs of the individuals we support [and current legal guidance], this role is only open to applicants who are biologically female. A full UK manual driving licence and access to your own car is essential for this role.
This service is home to four amazing women with learning and physical disabilities, as well as early‑onset dementia. In this role, you will work closely with these individuals, supporting them to maintain and develop their day‑to‑day independence. You’ll help enhance their individual skills, assist with daily activities, and provide consistent emotional support, ensuring they feel valued, empowered, and supported in a safe and nurturing environment.
The service promotes the importance of the “do with and not do for” approach and has had a very positive impact on these incredible individuals.
