A supportive living organization in Liverpool is seeking Support Workers to provide practical and emotional support to individuals in their own homes. The role requires a proactive attitude and excellent communication skills. While prior experience is not necessary, drivers are preferred. Benefits include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, and 28 days leave. Full and part-time positions available.
We are looking for kind, fun, and proactive Support Workers to join our supported living service in Waterloo, providing support to 5 individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities, and/or Autistic Spectrum Disorders within their own self-contained apartments.
You must be prepared to ‘go the Extra Mile’ to ensure that service users are enjoying the highest quality of life and have opportunities to become more independent and connected to their communities. You will have excellent communication and team working skills whilst promoting service user’s dignity, independence and well-being. If you are calm, resourceful and proactive, this role is perfect for you.
Full and part time hours will be considered. 36 hours for full time, 21 hours for part time.
