Job summary

Transforming Support Sussex is hiring Support Workers at Harvest Rise in Littlehampton to help adults with learning disabilities and complex needs live more independently. You will provide person-centred support, build trusted relationships and assist with daily living, activities and community involvement.

Applicants should have at least six months of care or support experience, and be comfortable working a rolling two-week rota. A discretionary £1,000 bonus and DBS check are included.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Support Worker

Salary: £14.00 per hour, equivalent to £28,028 per annum

Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for a rewarding role where you can help people live with greater independence, choice and confidence?

Transforming Support Sussex is looking for Support Workers to join its supported living team at Harvest Rise in Littlehampton, supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

You will build trusted relationships, support everyday living and help each person achieve what matters to them. From helping someone develop a new skill to supporting activities in the local community, your contribution can make a lasting difference.

These are full time, permanent positions, and we welcome applications from both men and women.

What you’ll be doing

About you

You will need at least six months’ previous care or support experience and a commitment to person centred support.

Previous experience in supported living, learning disabilities or complex needs would be particularly useful.

You must already have the right to work in the UK, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for these roles.
