Transforming Support in Birmingham seeks a dedicated Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in building confidence and independence at home.

Salary: £14.00 per hour, equivalent to £28,028 per annum
Contract: Full time, permanent
Hours: 38.5 hours per week
Shifts: 8.00am to 8.00pm and 8.00pm to 8.00am
Working pattern: Rolling two week rota, including alternate weekends

Transforming Support is looking for experienced Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in their own homes in Birmingham.
You will build trusted relationships and provide practical support, reassurance and encouragement, helping each person develop confidence, make their own choices and live as independently as possible.
These are full time, permanent positions, open to both men and women who meet the essential requirements.
