Job summary

Cygnet Views in Matlock, United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our 9-bed high dependency care service for women with learning disabilities and associated complex needs. You will work 42 hours per week across days and nights, with a pay rate of £13.15 per hour.

An enhanced DBS check is required. Training and apprenticeship opportunities are available, along with flexible hours and wellbeing support.

• Provide 1:1 and group support to service users.

Cygnet Views is a 9 bed high dependency complex care service for women with learning disabilities, associated complex needs and who may have behaviours that challenge.

Your Day-to-Day

You will be working a 42 hours per week, a mixture of both days and nights.

Salary: £13.15 per hour

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
