Job summary

Salutem Care and Education in Worcester is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide high‑quality, enabling care to residents in our supported living service. You will help residents achieve personal goals and live independently in their own home within the local community.

Key duties include implementing person‑centred support plans, planning engaging activities, supporting health needs and medications, maintaining detailed records and ensuring a safe, clean living environment.

  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication and maintain detailed, person-centred records.
  • Medication Management: Oversee medication processes and support individuals in self‑administration.
  • Safety and Environment: Maintain a safe, clean-living environment and adhere to health and safety protocols.

Henwick is a 4‑bed supported living service in Worcester, providing support for young adults with learning disabilities to achieve their personal goals, reach their full potential, and live happily in their local community and own home.
