About the role

We're looking for a caring, proactive and reliable Support Worker to join our team in Kidderminster (DY10), supporting four gentlemen aged 30–65 with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, diabetes and visual impairments.

You'll support with daily living tasks, personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, community activities and promoting independence. Two gentlemen use wheelchairs when accessing the community, and you'll help ensure everyone can participate in the activities they enjoy.

Shifts are worked across mornings, afternoons, evenings and sleep-ins, with rotas provided in advance to support a healthy work–life balance.
