Job summary

Dimensions is seeking a creative and compassionate Support Worker for our team in Kidderminster (DY10). You will support four individuals aged 60–80 with autism, epilepsy, learning disabilities and cerebral palsy, helping with daily activities and community engagement.

Full training is provided; prior experience is helpful but not essential. The role includes sleep-ins and a mix of early, daytime and evening shifts in a supportive, values-driven environment.

£12.85 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift
Driver Requirement: Full UK Manual Driving Licence

About the role

We're looking for a creative and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Kidderminster (DY10), supporting four individuals (two ladies and two gentlemen) aged 60–80 with autism, epilepsy, learning disabilities and cerebral palsy.

The people you support live full and active lives and enjoy:

  • Spontaneous drives, picnics and air shows
  • Gardening, arts, crafts and cooking activities
  • Sensory rooms, hydro pools and Snoezelen sessions
  • Spending time chatting over a cup of tea
  • Building confidence, independence and new experiences

This is a highly varied role where you'll provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs. Support includes personal care, medication administration, epilepsy support, stoma care, daily living tasks and helping people access activities they love.

Typical shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings and sleep-ins, with rotas provided in advance to support a healthy work–life balance.
