Job summary

Dimensions is seeking a compassionate Female Support Worker to assist a gentleman in Beverley. The role is part-time, 29 hours per week, with a driver licence required for local community involvement.

You will provide 2:1 support, assist with personal care and medication prompts, and help him pursue hobbies and goals in a supportive home environment. The position offers flexible shifts including weekdays and weekends, with training and progression opportunities within Dimensions.

He communicates verbally, and building a connection with him will be a truly rewarding experience.

Who We're Looking For: We're searching for someone empathetic, patient, and enthusiastic. If you have experience working with individuals with autism or positive behaviour support, it's a plus—but above all, we value your passion for helping others.

About the role

Shifts:

Long days 8am-10:30pm, sleep in and handover at 8am
