Community Integrated Care in Chester is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help four ladies live their everyday lives with dignity and joy. You will support daily activities, personal care, mobility, and community outings, while promoting a safe and homely environment.

Working closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team, you will be responsible for 4 ladies with varying different needs
We’re proud to support individuals with a wide range of needs and personalities. Some are independent, while others use wheelchairs or need full assistance with personal care. We work with both verbal and non-verbal individuals, and we tailor our support to meet each person’s unique preferences and health conditions—including autism, learning disabilities, dementia, mental health needs, and continence care.
