Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Ilkeston to help people gain more independence in daily life within a welcoming residential service. You will work as part of a lively team, delivering personal care, encouraging community involvement, and supporting activities across days and evenings in line with the planned shifts.

No two days are the same, with opportunities to teach life skills, accompany outings to local venues, and celebrate small achievements.

• No previous experience required; a genuine caring attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

Support Worker – Ilkeston - £12.72 up to £13.72 with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements (Ts & Cs apply)

Full Time - Day Support Worker
Typical Shifts are: Monday to Sunday - Days - 07.00-14.00 and 14.00-21.00
