Voyage Care is seeking caring, hands-on Support Workers for our Theale service to help people gain more independence in daily life within a dynamic team. You will be assisting with daily activities and enabling community involvement.

Job description

Support Worker – Theale - Payrate £12.74 up to £14.24 with overtime and evening/weekend enhancements (Ts & Cs apply)

Typical Shifts are: 7am-2pm, 2pm-9pm, 9pm-7am

As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our residential service in Theal is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs, the next you could be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.
