Community Integrated Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our Penshaw, DH4 service supporting adults with learning disabilities. You will share in daily tasks, assist with personal care, and promote independence in a warm, at-home environment.
We offer 36 hours per week, day shifts from 8am to 10pm with occasional night shifts. A UK driving license is preferred, and DBS disclosure is paid for by the employer. Join a multi-award-winning charity focused on people first.
We like our staff to work both mornings and evenings with a mixture of shifts, from 8 am to 10 pm. Sometimes we may need our support workers to stay back if we are going out late to the pub, social events, concerts, theatre shows etc. We also have waking nights from 10 pm to 8 am.

Our Supported Living Service for adults with Learning Disabilities in Penshaw, DH4 has a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, dedicated, empowering Support Worker. Applicants with full UK Driving License are preferred. This is a Full Time position - 36hrs per week. Days shifts are from 8am to 10pm. Occasional Night shift cover may be required.
