Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a residential support worker to help and support young people with complex needs in a homely environment, providing encouragement and understanding. You will work as part of a caring team to create a safe home and support each child’s development.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, participating in activities, and performing household tasks. A full UK driving licence is essential, and shifts including sleep-ins are required.

• The ability to relate well and share interests, give encouragement and get involved.
• Full UK Driving licence is essential.
