Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a Residential Support Worker in Peterborough PE6 to provide a safe, supportive home for children and young people with complex needs. The role involves long day shifts and sleep-ins, with a requirement for a full UK driving licence and flexible, resilient caring.

You will join a lively, energetic home, participate in activities, and contribute to emotional and physical support, helping young people achieve positive outcomes and happy lives.

Qualifications

  • Full UK driving licence is essential.
  • Experience within childrens care is highly beneficial.
  • Strong communication, energy and positivity.
  • Be flexible to shifts including sleep-ins.

Responsibilities

  • Be part of a caring team that provides a safe and loving home for children and young people.
  • Support children with daily living tasks and emotional needs.
  • Engage in activities and outings with children (football, cycling, etc.).
  • Carry out household tasks such as cooking and cleaning.

Job Title: Residential Support Worker

Location: Peterborough PE6

Full time hours working 14 hour shift, long day plus sleep in.

Full UK Driving licence is required.
