Job summary

Codi Group, Wales’ largest provider of housing, care and support, is seeking part-time Supported Living carers for our Glynneath service. Roles include day/evening shifts and eight-hour sleep-ins as part of a rolling rota, with full training in a not-for-profit setting focused on independence and wellbeing.

Due to the needs of the individuals we support, this role is open to biologically female applicants only.

Qualifications

• Experience working as part of a team and with people or customers.
• Full UK manual driving licence and access to car are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities, personal care, medication administration, cooking and household tasks.
• Support individuals to maintain independence, attend appointments and engage in social activities.
• Provide companionship, emotional support and help develop life skills.
• Maintain good communication and document care in digital records.
• Support shift patterns including days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.
