Your role is to enable each person to live the life they choose—supporting them with daily living skills, communication, emotional regulation, and decision‑making, while promoting independence wherever possible. You’ll use a person‑centred and proactive approach, including positive behaviour support where appropriate, to ensure individuals feel safe, understood, and valued in their own home. You’ll also work closely with families, carers, and external professionals to provide consistent, high‑quality support, ensuring that each person’s needs are met in a holistic and respectful way.
