Job summary

Komplex Care in Leicester is seeking a Care Assistant to support a client with complex needs in their home. You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and help with moving and handling while ensuring safety and dignity.

The role requires flexibility for day and night shifts, with a focus on compassionate, nurse-led, person-centered care. Applicants must have right to work in the UK and access to a vehicle due to location.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 NVQ/QCF in health care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide complex care and support to client with complex needs.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Administer prescribed medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Assist with moving and handling to maintain safety and dignity.
• Support client 24/7 conditions such as BYPAP, CPAP and cough assist as required.

Education

NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in health care
