Job summary

Cygnet is looking for dedicated support workers to join Ranaich House in Dunblane, a 14-bed specialist residential service for adults with learning disabilities, mental health and physical needs.

You will work full-time on day and night shifts, providing day-to-day support and promoting independence, with two weekends per month. Full training and induction are provided, with travel allowance and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Positive Attitude and Caring Approach.
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Ideally, previous experience working within a similar care environment.

Responsibilities

• Work day shifts (07:45 am to 08:00 pm) and night shifts (07:45 pm to 08:00 am).
• Full-Time (42 Hours).
• Contract Available.
• Working two weekends a month.
• Help promote resident independence.
• Support residents in day-to-day life and encourage independence.
• Monitor residents and report concerns to senior staff.
• Join residents in local community activities and events.
• Complete residents records to monitor health and well-being.
