We are looking for Support Workers to join our well-established team in Lochaber, supporting three individuals with a variety of support needs to lead their best lives in their own homes.
The people we support all have their own unique personalities, interests and routines. One lady enjoys going out for lunch, shopping for clothes, boat trips, picnics and days away, and loves having fun. Another lady leads a very active lifestyle and enjoys going out for meals, visiting the local pub on a Saturday night and taking part in activities at home, including jigsaws, using her iPad and cooking. The gentleman we support enjoys spending time outdoors and can often be found camping, going for walks, enjoying BBQs, visiting the beach or heading out for lunch. He also enjoys relaxing in his own space, listening to music and spending time in his car.
Every day is different, and you'll play an important role in helping each person enjoy the activities and experiences that matter most to them.
