Job summary

Cygnet Group is seeking compassionate Support Workers at Cygnet Delfryn House in Mold, North Wales. You’ll join a 24/7, high-support inpatient rehabilitation service, helping men with complex mental health needs to regain independence and wellbeing.

The role covers day and night shifts, working as part of a multidisciplinary team, with training and ongoing supervision provided. You’ll need a caring attitude, excellent communication, and a genuine commitment to making a difference in people’s

Responsibilities

• Working in a 24/7 service.
• Required to work both days and nights.
• Help promote the individual’s independence.
• Work as part of the Multi-Disciplinary team.
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
• Learn about individuals’ needs & provide appropriate help.
• Assist with medical & welfare needs.
• Report on medical & welfare needs as required.
• Safeguard those we support.
• Support individuals in day-to-day life and encourage independence.
• Monitor individuals and report concerns to senior team members or managers.
• Go out with individuals into the local community to attend events and activities.
• Complete resident records to monitor health and well-being.
• Successful candidates will undergo an enhanced DBS check.

We are looking for Support Workers to join Cygnet Delfryn House, Mold, Flintshire, North Wales.

Cygnet Delfryn House is our high support inpatient rehabilitation (level 2) service for men who have severe and enduring mental illness and who may have been detained under the Mental Health Act. Men placed with us often come from multiple placement breakdowns, failed treatment programmes or are stepping down from secure settings.

Please note: we do not offer visa sponsorship.

This position is working a mixture of days and nights.

About the Role:
