Cygnet Nield House in Crewe seeks a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. This full-time role is 42 hours per week across a mixed 12-hour shift pattern (day and night), located at a specialist women’s mental health hospital.

You’ll join a multidisciplinary team and contribute to recovery, empowerment and wellbeing. Ideal candidates have care experience or transferable skills from people-focused roles.

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care. You’ll be working full time, 42 hours a week (12 hour day and night shifts), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Nield House. Responsibilities

About Cygnet Nield House

Cygnet Nield House is a specialist mental health hospital for women in Crewe, Cheshire. The service supports women aged 18 and over and is split into two distinct wards, each offering specialist mental health care.

• Clarion Ward – a 14‑bed complex personality disorder service for women with a dual diagnosis of personality disorder, with or without comorbid disorders
• Compton Ward – a 15‑bed acute service for women. The ward provides a safe and stabilising environment for women experiencing an acute episode of mental illness who require an emergency admission.

At Nield House, you’ll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team helping women feel safe, respected and empowered as they work towards recovery, independence and improved wellbeing. A role where your experience matters.
