Job summary

Cygnet Joyce Parker Hospital in Coventry is seeking a confident Support Worker to deliver outstanding care across three wards. You will work 43.75 hours a week, including days, nights and alternate weekends, supporting adults and helping them move toward the least restrictive environment.

You will be genuinely driven, an excellent communicator and a team player, with energy to provide a trusting and stimulating environment. DBS check is required.

You’ll be working 43.75 hours a week (to include days, nights, and alternate weekends), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Joyce Parker Hospital. Cygnet Joyce Parker Hospital is our emergency mental health hospital in Coventry. The service supports adults across three wards to move as quickly and safely as possible to the most appropriate and least restrictive environment for them. Our model of care promotes a collaborative approach whereby family, service users, commissioners and carers are all involved in the rehabilitation and recovery of the individual.

Your day-to-day…
