Cygnet Hospital Clifton is seeking a proactive Support Worker to join a male client group within a low secure Personality Disorder service. You will work 43.75 hours per week in Ancaria Ward, contributing to a psychologically-informed MDT approach and delivering compassionate, person-centred care.
You’ll provide physical and emotional support, assist with welfare needs, and maintain a safe environment while adhering to NICE guidelines. DBS checks are required.

You’ll be working 43.75 hours a week in a low secure Personality Disorder service with a male client group at the Ancaria ward at Cygnet Hospital Clifton.
The treatment model we provide at Cygnet Hospital Clifton is delivered in the context of a psychologically-informed team approach, with the individual at its centre. We offer tailored multidisciplinary team (MDT) input including psychiatry, nursing, occupational therapy and social work to meet each individuals needs. Our medical interventions are informed by National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) guidelines.
The hospital is set out across two wards; Ancaria Ward is the admissions/ initial treatment ward, which offers a defined pathway through to Acorn Ward, which has a focus on rehabilitation, in preparation for moving on into the community or supported living.
