Job summary

Cygnet Joyce Parker Hospital in Coventry is seeking a confident Support Worker to join our emergency mental health team. You will deliver compassionate care across three wards, support adults, and work 43.75 hours per week including days, nights and alternate weekends.

We value flexible working, regular coaching and strong team support. You will play a key role in safeguarding patients, maintaining a safe environment and reporting welfare needs to the team.

Youll be working 43.75 hours a week (to include days, nights, and alternate weekends), making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Joyce Parker Hospital. Cygnet Joyce Parker Hospital is our emergency mental health hospital in Coventry. The service supports adults across three wards to move as quickly and safely as possible to the most appropriate and least restrictive environment for them. Our model of care promotes a collaborative approach whereby family, service users, commissioners and carers are all involved in the rehabilitation and recovery of the individual.

Your day-to-day
