Job summary

CYGNET is opening a new service in Corwen, Denbighshire, named Cygnet Afon Las, a 15-bed neurocognitive unit for men, delivering specialist care and support. We are seeking a confident, compassionate Support Worker to join the team as the service opens in early 2027.

You will provide person-centred care, assist with personal and medical needs, and support independence while working with nurses and other professionals to deliver outstanding care. A DBS check is required.

Responsibilities

  • Offer enhanced care using a person-centred approach, including personal care.

  • Support safeguarding practices and maintain professional boundaries.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and therapeutic environment.
  • Encourage independence and positive daily routines.
  • Support people to achieve personal goals and community involvement.

Be a part of it.We are looking for a confident, compassionate and dedicated Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care to join our team at our new service to open in early 2027, Cygnet Afon Las.Cygnet Afon Las is a brand-new service scheduled to open in early 2027. Located in Corwen, Denbighshire, the hospital will provide a 15-bed neurocognitive service for men, delivering specialist care and support for individuals with complex needs.
