Cygnet Clynsaer in Carmarthenshire is recruiting a full-time Support Worker to join a 24-hour service. You will work day shifts, typically three per week, with some weekend work, delivering compassionate, person-centred support and helping residents with daily living and activities.

No prior care experience is required as comprehensive induction, training and ongoing support are provided to help you develop essential life skills and join a rewarding health and social care career.
