Job summary

CYGNET is seeking Bank Support Workers for Cygnet Nield House in Crewe. You will provide enhanced care, guidance, and emotional support to service users on a bank-shift basis, helping with medical needs and safeguarding in a two-ward specialist mental health setting.

DBS check is required, and prior care experience is preferred. We offer a comprehensive apprenticeship scheme, strong supervision, and employee benefits.

• Experience in care or mental health is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for the people in our care.
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with medical and welfare needs.
• Report on medical and welfare needs as required.
• Safeguard and maintain a safe, clean environment for all.
