Job summary

CYGNET is seeking a Senior Support Worker at Cygnet Hospital Harrow in London. The role covers 38.5 hours per week across day and night shifts. You will deliver high-quality care, support individuals’ needs, and contribute to a recovery-focused service for mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide enhanced care with a flexible learning approach to all individuals in our care.
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with medical and welfare needs and report as required.
• Support management in the day-to-day running of the service.
• Undertake supervisory and administrative responsibilities.
