Job summary

M&D Care in Pencader is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to provide person-centred care to adults in our residential service. No prior experience is required, as full, paid training will be given to the right candidate.

You will assist with daily living tasks, promote independence, and contribute to a supportive team. Shift patterns include weekends and nights on a rota basis, with opportunities for progression and a QCF Level 2 after probation.

• Must be aged 18 or over

You will provide emotional and practical care in a residential setting. No experience is necessary as full, paid training will be given, but having the right values is important to us.
