Job summary

M&D Care Limited is seeking a Care Assistant for our Supported Living services in Merthyr. You will provide emotional and practical care in a residential setting, with full training provided and a focus on dignity and respect for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

No prior experience is required, but you should be passionate about delivering high-quality care and be aged 18 or over with a willingness to learn. Drivers are essential for this role.

Join our passionate team at M&D Care as a Care Assistant in our Supported Living services in Merthyr and make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults. As a Care Assistant, Worker, you’ll provide emotional and practical care in a residential setting. No experience is necessary as full training will be given, but having the right values is important to us.

M&D Care are an established family-oriented business, which is run by a passionate team of professionals who deliver specialist, complex and bespoke care services throughout Southwest Wales for people with Learning Disability, Physical Disability and Mental Health needs.
