Job summary

M&D Care Limited is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for our specialist residential service in Ammanford. You will deliver person-centred care to adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities, assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence and dignity.

• Work autonomously while maintaining the safety and respect of those you support.
• Comply with regulatory standards set by Social Care Wales and Care Inspectorate Wales.
• Work flexibly on a rota basis, including early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.
