Job summary

M&D Care in Pencader near Carmarthen is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to join our residential service and make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided, but the right values matter.

We offer varied contracted hours (22.5, 37.5 and 45 per week) with shift patterns including weekends and nights on a rota. You will deliver person-centered support, promote independence, and work to Social Care Wales

• Must be aged 18 or over.

In this role you will provide emotional and practical care in a residential setting. No experience is necessary as full training will be given, but having the right values is important to us.

M&D Care are an established family-oriented business, which is run by a passionate team of professionals who deliver specialist, complex and bespoke care services throughout Southwest Wales for people with Learning Disability, Physical Disability and Mental Health needs.
