Job summary

Avenues Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Canterbury to help adults with learning and physical disabilities live more independently. The role involves assisting with daily tasks, personal care where needed, and supporting social and community engagement.

No prior care experience is required as full training is provided; transferable skills from retail, hospitality, customer service or childcare are welcomed and encouraged.

Full-time hours £25,845 per year (pro rata)

Essential to have full valid manual driving licence and access to own vehicle (rural location of the service)
