Job summary

Agincare’s Market Deeping service is seeking a Support Worker to help individuals build confidence, independence and joy in their community. You’ll support with personal care, daily routines, and meaningful activities, ensuring care is person-centred and safety-focused.

You’ll work with a values-led team, with full training up to QCF Level 5 funded, and a driving licence required to support community activities nationwide. Deadline: 04/11/2026.

Qualifications

• Experience in care or support roles required.
• Must hold a Full UK driving licence.
• At least 12 months remaining on right to work in the UK.
• Training up to QCF Level 5 funded.

Who you’ll support

You’ll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Market Deeping service to thrive and live as independently as possible. You’ll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences,

You’ll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
