Job summary

Voyage Care in Cambridge is seeking caring, hands-on Support Workers to help people gain more independence in daily life within Antelope Way. You will work as part of a dynamic team, carrying out personal care, enabling community access, and supporting daily activities.

Typical shifts include 7:30am-2:30pm and 2:30pm-9:30pm. We offer enhanced pay for evenings and weekends, overtime, and benefits such as Wagestream, Blue Light Card, and a 24/7 doctor line.

Qualifications

• Hands-on support workers with a passion for improving quality of life.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice.
• Experience working with individuals with autism and challenging behaviours.

Our supported living service Antelope Way in Cambridge is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You'll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in the local community such as cinema days, service trips to the beach and going to the shops.
