Voyage Care is recruiting Female Support Workers for its Highfields Caldecote service. You’ll help people gain independence, support daily living activities, and work within a caring team to enhance quality of life in a supported living setting.

Shifts run from 7am, 2pm, and 9pm, with enhanced pay for evenings/weekends and overtime. Benefits include Wagestream, Blue Light Card, and 24/7 doctor line.

Qualifications

• Hold a full UK driving license.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans.
• Experience with autism, physical disabilities and complex care needs.

Responsibilities

As a support worker with us you'll be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people!

Our supported living service Highfields in Caldecote is a welcoming and friendly environment and you can be sure that no two days will be the same! You’ll be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in the community going swimming or assisting them with arts and crafts

We’re interested in our Support Workers having both the right experience and the right values. This is why at this service our Support Workers should hold a full UK driving license, be resilient, flexible and composed in their approach, have experience with following Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice as well as experience working with individuals with autism ,and physical disabilities and complex care needs.
