Job summary

Wrekin Housing Group is hiring a Care and Support Worker for Hazelwood in Shropshire. You will help tenants by providing compassionate care, promoting inclusivity and independence, and supporting daily activities within a 25-hour week framework.

Job Title: Care and support worker Location: Hazelwood, Pauls Moss, Whitchurch, Shropshire, SY13 1FQ Hours: 25 hours per week Salary: £13.15 per hour

Hazelwood: Hazelwood is our brand-new scheme where we have 71 apartments housing tenants with varying needs.

Joining our team at Hazelwood, will mean that you will play a vital role in promoting and enabling inclusivity, individuality and independence through respectfully supporting our tenants who lead active lives exploring their interests. We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate that they uphold our values, to ensure that the services to our customers are excellent. As a Care and Support Worker, you will bring the below values and behaviours.
